Sasha brings a creative, diligent and highly commercial approach to everything she does. She can easily track from complex strategic issues to flawless execution. I strongly endorse her expertise and work ethic.  Paul Kelly, CEO, The Channel Group

I've known Sasha for more than a decade. What she has always been is driven, hard-working, results-orientated and smart about communications. What she has developed over the past decade is an ever-greater understanding of how great communication sits at the heart of business and brand success, connecting big picture strategy with outcomes, deliverables and (above all) results. She's one of the good ones! Matt Jones, Co-Founder, Four Pillars Gin

Sasha has been working with me on my business for several years and I cannot speak highly enough of her. Her experience in working in all areas of media, including television and radio, gave her the holistic knowledge of my industry to be able to advise, manage and direct all aspects of my business. Sasha started as my PR and Communications Manager, but over the years became much more than that. Her skills in management, PR, communications, marketing and business gives her a hard to come by package. She is an innovative thinker and a delight to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending her services. Dr Joanna McMillan

I couldn't recommend Sasha highly enough. Her project management of The Australia Institute's national Go Home on Time Day initiative took it to the next level - more thank 500 businesses and organisations signed up to participate which was well beyond our expectations. Sasha is creative, efficient, meticulous and a delight to work with. In particular, she offers constructive and honest advice which is incredibly valuable to an organisation which needs to be conscious of budget and resources. The Australia Institute

Sasha Kahan is that rare type of consultant who has the capacity to combine big picture planning with a forensic analysis of your business, and suggest a direction for optimal engagement and growth. She delivered:

  • a detailed situational analysis based on hours of comprehensive research
  • offered a well thought out and financially viable strategic plan
  • presented the options to key decision makers
  • presided over every detail of a complete rebrand
  • then developed a media/communications strategy which was predicated on financial targets

This is every business's dream. A management consultant/ strategic thinker who steps outside your business and clinically evaluates your current status, who can then guide you step by step to where you want to be in 5 years. Anna-Louise Bouvier, Director, Happy Body At Work

I met Sasha Kahan in 2011 when I was speaking at Mind and Its Potential where she was working as head of PR. I was immediately impressed by her professionalism, intellect and knowledge of all things publicity and communications. So much so I became one of her clients and she has been invaluable to me, and my company Drawn From Experience. I have also referred her onto others with great success.

Sometimes we know what we want but we're just not exactly sure how to get there. Sasha does something she is passionate about and it truly shows. She is connected, smart, insightful and a pleasure to work with. Sasha comes with my highest recommendation. Matthew Johnstone, Director, Drawn From Experience

Sasha Kahan has an excellent understanding of the requirements of different media. She is an innovative thinker who is able to extract angles which will create media interest. Her professionalism and attention to detail make her a pleasure to work with. Rachel Browne, Fairfax

We've had the fortune of working with Sasha this year and we couldn't be happier with the results so far. Within days of starting with us she had completely immersed herself in our team, culture and brand, and within weeks we could see real results. It's a pleasure (and a relief!) working with someone as switched on, organised and passionate as Sasha. Adina Jacobs, Co-founder, STM Bags

I have had the pleasure of working with Sasha Kahan on a number of occasions, which has given me access to some wonderfully insightful people from different parts of the world - namely incredibly inspiring speakers from various Happiness & Its Causes Conferences - when covering a broad range of topics for numerous publications. I have always found Sasha easy to work with all round - not only her talent, efficiency and promptness, but also her genuine passion for her position and keenness to assist her clients. Many of her clients who I have had the honour of interviewing have expressed similar thoughts on Sasha and her work; it is clear she establishes good rapports built on mutual respect. I am grateful for the access I have had to some highly knowledgeable professionals thanks to Sasha, and intend to work on many more future projects with her down the track. Diana Timmins, Freelance Health & Well-Being Journalist

Sasha is an incredibly talented communications strategist. Her clear, concise and common-sense approach, coupled with her dedication to achieving the best results possible, makes her a covetable resource. Sasha developed and launched our new brand and has also delivered strategic communication support on various projects for several of our blue chip clients. It was a true joy to work with Sasha and I hope that more companies have the privilege of working with her in the years to come. Julie Pride, The Event Room

We've contracted Sasha to manage the publicity for our Happiness & Its Causes and Mind & Its Potential conferences for a number of years. I've worked with some very high profile PR companies and what Destination Communication delivers is far superior. Sasha is an expert in her field and has brilliant contacts with the media. She is very clever in her pitches, which in turn results in terrific exposure for us and our events. She is always looking for new opportunities, her attention to detail and responsiveness are exceptional and she turns projects around expediently. She is really someone I cannot do without. Melissa Sabian, Director, Stir Communications

Dying with Dignity NSW engaged Sasha to help promote our Parliamentary forum on 'A Rights of the Terminally Ill Bill in NSW" in November 2011. We had arranged a number of high profile speakers to present at the forum, but it was critical to attract media attention to the event in order to promote public debate on this issue. Sasha worked strategically, contacting a number of individual journalists, media outlets and organisations. The results exceeded our expectations, with the event receiving very wide coverage in the print media, radio, television and online publications. We could never have hoped to buy the sort of publicity that was generated. Sasha was extremely professional in all of her dealings with us, and drew attention to details we would not have thought of. She familiarised herself with the key issues related to our cause and showed great interpersonal sensitivity when dealing with speakers, journalists and forum organisers. After the event Sasha followed up with additional suggestions and provided ideas for future media opportunities. We are very grateful for Sasha's terrific contribution and look forward to using her services again in 2012. Dr Sarah Edelman Vice President, Dying with Dignity NSW

Destination Communication is your one stop shop for timely, professional and quality support across the entire communications spectrum. Lifeline had the pleasure of working with Sasha on one of our major fundraising events and her knowledge and advice on a range of matters, from corporate relations to strategy and planning, was invaluable; she is as sharp as a tack. I sincerely hope I get the chance to work with her again soon. Chris Wagner National Manager of Media and Government Relations, Lifeline

We were delighted with the creativity, efficiency and professionalism of our Happiness & Its Causes conference 2010 PR consultant, Sasha Kahan. The conference was in its 5th year attracting around 1,500 delegates with high profile speakers such as leading feminist Naomi Wolf and creative thinking guru Edward de Bono. We are a very small team and appreciated Sasha's willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the conference received wide media coverage. Due to her efforts we received blanket media coverage with all free to air TV channels covering the event. Our international speakers were also very impressed with the service Sasha provided, commenting on her enthusiasm and her professional manner. We are looking forward to working with Sasha again in 2011 on the 6th Annual Happiness & Its Causes conference featuring special guest His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Beth Phelan Conference Director, Happiness & Its Causes

I have found Sasha's approach to marketing and communication to be uniquely valuable. She is able to understand and identify with the company's need at both the strategic and tactical levels and, by using the different resources and capabilities available to her, craft the most effective solution. She is highly professional and talented and she has a great "can-do" attitude, getting projects done and completed on time. Her writing skills and her levels of energy are most remarkable. Lewis Folb, Managing Director, Sales Intelligence

Media Heads has worked with Sasha Kahan and Destination Communication for quite a number of years. The words that are most relevant in describing Sasha and her business are: organisation; personal; thorough; well-thought-out; strategic; enthusiastic; well connected; results and successful.  When I hire an outside consultancy to work with Media Heads, the last thing that I want to be doing is cross-checking everything that they are doing four times a day. With Sasha, she understands the project and its aims very quickly. She takes the work, leaves your office, and frees up your time to do other things. I know that I'll get 100% effort. I know that I'm receiving value for money. And I'm always happy that I've used her company. Peter Rubinstein, CEO, Media Heads
